16 Thorndike Street Fitchburg, MA. 01420
Welcome to our homepage! We are one of the oldest fraternal and charitable organizations in the Central Massachusetts region supporting local charitable organizations for over 223 years.
Chartered in 1801 by the Grand Lodge of Masons in Massachusetts, our members first met at Kendall Tavern on West Street in Leominster, MA. Today, the members of Aurora Lodge A.F. & A.M. (Ancient Free and Accepted Masons) gather at the Fitchburg Masonic building, 16 Thorndike Street in Fitchburg, on the first Monday of each month. Additionally, we come together every Monday evening for a Social Night.
Freemasonry is the oldest fraternal organization in the world, founded on the principles of freedom, equality, charity, social responsibility, and a moral code. Men of faith and good character are always welcomed into the organization.
