NOT JUST A MAN. A MASON.

Now more than ever, the world needs men of honor and integrity. Men that unite and not those who divide. That seek truth and share Brotherly Love with all, no matter their race, religion, gender or creed. Men that live with virtue and character, always striving to be even better. The world needs more than just men. The world needs Masons.

Joining with other Masonic lodges across the Commonwealth, the Freemasons from Aurora Lodge located at 16 Thorndike St. in Fitchburg, MA. will open their doors to the public on Saturday, October 17th, from 9 AM until 3 PM. If you’ve ever wondered who the Freemasons are, whether they are the descendants of the Knights Templars, or what the inside of their buildings look like, here’s your chance to find out!

More than 200 lodges will be hosting Open Houses to help the public gain a better understanding of Freemasonry and to demonstrate the positive impact it has on its members, their families, and their communities.  Members will provide tours of their building, talk about Freemasonry’s history, discuss its ceremonies, and what value members derive from their participation in the fraternity.

It is recommended that you contact the lodge in advance that you are interested in visiting during the open house event day to see if they are participating in the state event.
